Application Engineer
Job Description
At Synergy Engineering, we are looking for a highly skilled Application Engineer to bridge the gap between our complex industrial products and our clients' specific engineering requirements. You will be the technical pivot point, ensuring that our solutions are precisely machined to meet 0.01mm tolerances in real-world applications.
You will work closely with the R&D and Sales teams to provide architectural-level technical support, develop specialized schematics, and oversee the implementation of precision engineering components across various heavy-duty industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- check_circleTranslate customer requirements into detailed technical specifications and architectural engineering designs.
- check_circleConduct on-site technical evaluations and performance audits for industrial equipment in Thane and regional hubs.
- check_circleCollaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure 100% design-to-production accuracy.
- check_circleProvide technical training to clients and internal sales teams on high-precision component integration.
Requirements
Education
B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
4-6 years in B2B industrial engineering environments.
Technical Skills
Expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Precision Measurement systems.
Communication
Fluent English and Marathi for effective stakeholder management.
